How and when you'll receive your order, for both formats.
After you place a digital order, you'll receive Payoneer payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed and your order is manually reviewed and approved, your private Google Drive download link is sent to your email and made visible on your My Orders page. This review step protects both you and us, and typically takes place within one business day of payment confirmation.
USB collections are prepared after payment is confirmed, then shipped express, worldwide, arriving in up to 5 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
You can check the status of any order at any time on the My Orders page, using your order number and the email you used at checkout.
