Once your download link has been approved and sent, the order is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund, since the content has been made available to you. If the link was never sent (for example, your order was cancelled before approval), a full refund applies.
If a USB order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are fully refundable.
Refunds are issued back through Payoneer, matching your original payment method. Processing times depend on Payoneer and may take several business days.
